Cooking with Nonna: a Year of Italian Holidays : 130 Classic Holiday Recipes from Italian Grandmothers

Rossella Rago is the host of the popular web cooking show, Cooking With Nonna . On the show, Rossella invites Italian-American nonnas to cook with her, who share traditional Italian recipes and fond memories of their childhoods in Italy. Rossella has performed cooking demonstrations in many cities across the United States with local nonnas as her partners. Rossella spent much of her childhood in the kitchen with her maternal Nonna Romana, learning the long legacy of recipes from Puglia, passed down through centuries of generations. Launching Cooking with Nonna has allowed Rossella to expand her culinary expertise to many other regions of Italy.
